Position Summary The Clinical Assistant will support the operations of Quality Prescription Services (QPS), the fraud, waste, abuse, and member safety program for PBM clients with Federal and/or State government lives. The Clinical Assistant will use online databases and other resources to document appropriate recommendations, clinical decisions and responses. Other responsibilities include the creation and maintenance of member files, and the generation, mailing and tracking of member and prescriber correspondence.

Assistance testing reports during IT upgrades. The Clinical Assistant supports the QPS department to deliver the highest quality service to client and membership, healthcare providers, and internal partners.

Required Qualifications Valid Arizona State Certified Pharmacy Technician License & Registration. Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs including:
Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
1+ years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry

Arizona resident.

Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with fraud, waste, and abuse programs.

Education

H.S. or equivalent.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $28.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
