We are a three‑surgeon Plastic and Reconstructive surgery practice that primarily serves women seeking reconstruction after breast cancer.
Job OverviewWe are looking for an outgoing, hardworking, compassionate individual who thrives in customer service positions. The role will require traveling between our three locations:
Phoenix, Peoria, Chandler.
- Clinic scheduling
- Check in and check out patients for appointments
- Collect copay and process patient payments
- Review patient paperwork
- Patient satisfaction follow up
- Scanning medical information to EHR
- Checking and routing faxes
- Call routing
- Patient message routing via secure text platform
The ideal candidate has previous call referral experience as well as experience obtaining insurance verification. Previous EHR experience preferred. Experience working in a medical office is preferred. We use "Advanced MD" in our office.
Schedule8‑hour shifts
Day shifts only
No weekends/No call
