As a caregiver, you will provide a variety of care services to our clients, from daily household chores to personal care and more. Duties may vary from client to client, as we tailor services to meet each individual’s needs.

• Maintain independence – drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services; help with trips to local Phoenix markets; go to lunch or grab ice cream with clients.
• Restore dignity – assist with bathing and grooming; manage incontinence care; perform light housekeeping to reduce stress at home.
• Keep healthy – prepare meals; remind about medication to avoid hospital readmissions; ensure memory‑care safety.
• Support others – assist with physical therapy exercises; be the eyes and ears for hospice care; report changes in condition.

• Have a genuine desire to work with seniors.
• Typically 8 or 12‑hour caregiver shifts in the Phoenix area; optional overtime often available.
• Pass a criminal background check; drug screening test; negative TB test.
• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, valid driver’s license.

• Competitive pay – one of the highest starting wages in Phoenix, signing bonus, employer pays portion of employment taxes.
• Merit‑based raises – 90‑day review, bi‑annual reviews.
• Referral program – $750 bonus for 3 referrals, $250 bonus for each referral, paid time off.
