This field‑based position is located in Phoenix, AZ and supports our CRM product portfolio that improves care for patients with heart arrhythmias.
What You’ll Work OnUnder general direction, the CRM Product Support Specialist will provide engineering, sales, educational, and technical support to physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
- Build and sustain credible business relationships with customers.
- Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for field inquiries.
- Develop, lead, and facilitate training sessions on CRM products.
- Back‑up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of related experience or certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
- Capability to obtain certification in CRM products.
- Knowledge of cardiology, electro‑physiology, or cardiac electro‑physiology procedures.
- Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.
- Ability to apply engineering skills to solve complex clinical problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Detail‑oriented, independent and collaborative with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or equivalent software for creating presentation materials.
$61,300.00 – $ (range may vary by location)
