About the Company

Our teams provide trauma-informed care, mental health counseling, therapeutic services, and clinical intervention to support the healing of vulnerable children and families. Through child abuse prevention, child welfare services, crisis counseling, crisis intervention, and strong child advocacy, we work collaboratively to ensure safety, hope, and long-term well-being.

About the Role

  • Direct, compassionate clinical care for children and families in a child welfare context
  • Provide trauma-informed care, clinical intervention, and therapeutic services
  • Deliver individual, family, and group counseling using evidence-based practices
  • Provide crisis counseling and crisis intervention as needed
  • Conduct case management and coordinate with child protective services and community partners
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive child advocacy
  • Participate in clinical trainings, case reviews, and team meetings
  • Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines, licensing requirements, and mandatory reporting laws
  • Contribute to a positive, mission-focused workplace culture committed to child safety and healing

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in related field
  • State-required license or certification (LAC, LMSW, LAPC, etc.)
  • Ability to work with vulnerable children and families
  • Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork
