Professional Behavioral Health Clinician (West Valley)

Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year. Actual pay depends on skills and experience.
About JFCSJewish Family and Children’s Service’s (JFCS) is one of the most long-standing providers of behavioral health and integrated health services in Maricopa County. Responsibilities- Provide direct therapy, completing intakes and assessments that foster a solution/strengths‑based orientation.
- Use clinical best practices to engage formal & informal resources for the client, including transition, discharge, and aftercare plans.
- Provide clinical oversight for coordination of services with external agencies such as Department of Child Safety, Probation/Parole Departments, Division of Developmental Disabilities, Arizona Long Term Care, schools, and other providers.
- Actively participate in Child & Family Team (CFT) meetings.
- Maintain respect for the client's unique cultural heritage and provide tailored services.
- Collaborate with JFCS behavioral health and medical staff as needed to deliver best practices.
- Option to work with a birth to 8‑year‑old population.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
- Associate License from AZBBHE (LMSW, LAC, LAMFT).
- Independent License from AZBBHE (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
- Ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint card without restrictions.
- Reliable transportation, AZ driver license, and AZ auto insurance.
- Bilingual Spanish-English a plus. Salary differential offered.
- Starting salary based on licensure: $75,000 (Independent), $65,000 (Associate), $60,000 (Unlicensed Master’s).
