Ultrasound Technician

Ultrasound Technologist – Full‑time – Outpatient Vascular and Interventional Clinic

• Perform high‑quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations (vascular, abdominal, soft tissue).
• Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and understanding.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment; conduct daily QA checks and report issues.
• Follow infection control, patient identification, and ultrasound safety protocols; maintain clinic compliance.
• Accurately label and document images, procedures, and patient information in EMR and PACS.
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and clinical staff to coordinate care and support procedures.
• Assist with clinical tasks and procedural preparation between imaging studies.

• ARDMS certification required (RVT or RVS preferred).
• Current Arizona licensure or eligibility.
• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound experience; vascular or interventional clinic experience preferred. MSK ultrasound experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in diagnostic ultrasound operation, image optimization, and anatomy recognition.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, calm compassionate patient‑centered approach.
• Proactive, team‑oriented, “whatever it takes” mentality with strong commitment to patient care and clinic success.

• Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients throughout the day.
• Ability to move and position patients or equipment as needed.
• Regular exposure to standard clinical environments with protective measures.
