• Screen and evaluate patients, develop initial and ongoing treatment plans, and coordinate discharge plans.
• Provide direct occupational therapy and supervise assistants and rehab techs.
• Consult and supervise COTAs and direct group and individual treatment.
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to state and federal regulations.
• Comply with infection control procedures and facility safety protocols.

• Graduate of an ACOTE accredited occupational therapy school.
• Valid NBCOT certification and state occupational therapist license (where applicable).
• Computer literate with proficiency in clinical documentation; basic internet navigation.
• Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
