Job SummaryThe Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak is looking for a PT – Spa Massage Therapist to join our amazing Tocasierra Spa Team. The role involves servicing guests with excellent service, maintaining high guest satisfaction, and upholding the resort's standards.
Work Hours- Part-Time

- Provide impeccable spa massage services to all resort spa guests in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner.
- Treat guests as personal guests and act as a spa role model, team player, and maintain dignity and respect for fellow Team Members.
- Direct service efforts toward guest satisfaction and maintain company standards to maximize profit.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
- Communicate well with guests, identify and resolve problems promptly.
- Willingness to pitch‑in and help co‑workers; be a team player.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, customers, and patrons.
- Local and/or State Certification or License
- Customer Satisfaction – remain professional, treat all guests and associates with courtesy and respect.
- Work Habits – maintain professional dress, grooming, punctuality, attendance, adaptability, problem‑solving, and willingness to learn.
- Safety & Security – adhere to security policies, key controls, safe lifting, chemical use, and report hazards.
