Silver Birch of Midtown is seeking Certified Caregivers to join our team. You will ensure a high quality of life for our residents by assisting with activities of daily living, including performing resident care activities.

• Provides care and services to residents.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Measures, records, and reports vital signs.
• Provides exceptional customer service.

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Arizona Licensed Certified Caregiver, in good standing.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Current and valid fingerprint clearance card.
• Current food handler's card.
