Job Summary
We are looking for a bilingual, assertive, customer‑service oriented Scheduler. The applicant should be self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Answer all scheduling calls, cancellations, and verify appointments.
- Handle patients of out‑sick providers.
- Scheduler experience: 1 year (Required).
- Must have or obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Bilingual:
English/Spanish (Required). Fluent reading and writing.
Monday‑Friday 10 am‑7 pm
