Dental Biller

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a detail‑driven Dental Biller to join our growing billing team. If you have a knack for precision, love a well‑organized spreadsheet, and want your work to support real impact in senior care, this is your seat at the table. Reporting to our Billing Manager, you’ll help ensure our billing operations run smoothly and compliantly, because behind every clean claim is a patient who deserves care without delay.
WhatYou’ll Do Billing & Claims Management
- Accurately enter patient data, CDT/ICD‑10 codes, and billing info
- Submit claims to Medicare, Medicaid, private insurers, and PACE programs
- Keep records clean and compliant with HIPAA and payer guidelines
- Work closely with internal teams to support documentation accuracy
- Proven experience in dental billing (bonus if you’ve worked with Medicare/Medicaid or PACE)
- Solid knowledge of CDT, ICD‑10, and electronic billing systems
- A sharp eye for detail, excellent follow‑through, and great communication skills
- Proficiency in billing tools and systems
