Position Summary
We currently have positions available in Phoenix, Avondale, and Gilbert. This position provides occupational therapy services to a pediatric population, neonate to adolescent, including evaluation and treatment in independent living, sensory-motor integration, cognitive and psychosocial skill.
Education- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Required)
- pediatrics (Preferred)
- ortho, neuro, developmental pediatric experience (Preferred)
- Certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) (Required)
- Eligible for a State of Arizona Occupational Therapist license (Required)
- Current AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card prior to start date (Required)
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association prior to start date (Required)
- pediatric experience (Preferred)
