Full-time permanent Inpatient Rehab position working with a diverse caseload with a neuro and ortho focus. You will work with a multidisciplinary team consisting of PT, OT, and SLP, providing 1:1 patient care without seeing multiple patients simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a servant leader mindset and a passion for patient-centered care. We seek someone committed to investing in a meaningful career helping others, not just seeking a job.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active license in Speech Therapy or ability to obtain one
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
- Coachable and eager to grow
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Collaborative, team-oriented personality
