This position is responsible for the design, implementation, and monitoring of the patient centered care improvement. The National Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for providing clinical and quality support to assigned facilities including but not limited to regulatory changes, promotion of a culture of safety, assistance with survey preparation and follow-up, policy and procedure updates and other clinical operations initiatives.

The Clinical Operator will act as a resource for development of action plans, process changes, clinical integration initiatives, and engagement opportunities.
