Occupational Therapist (OT) Full Time – Reunion Rehabilitation Hospitals, Phoenix, AZ

Position SummaryIndependently evaluates, determines treatment strategies, delivers and/or delegates services that identify, prevent, remediate, and rehabilitate acute or prolonged skill or ability that has not yet been impaired to maximize function in activities of daily living, leisure/recreation, and productivity/work. Addresses dysfunction in psychosocial skills, cognition, and sensorimotor components. Interventions and procedures promote or enhance safety and performance in activities of daily living (ADL), instrumental activities of daily living (IADL), education, work, play, leisure, and social participation.
Minimum Qualifications- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross; online certification is not acceptable.
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Detail‑oriented, able to meet strict time frames
