The job candidate should be comfortable working with children and their families on issues such as relationship building, anxiety, mood and depression, self-regulation, and parenting skills using modalities such as ACT, CBT, SPACE, and PCIT. Development of competence in other evidence-based therapies will be supported as well.
We are seeking an independently licensed therapist to provide evidence-based therapies for children and adolescents.
The therapist will work collaboratively with psychologists, behavior analysts, and other clinicians.
Mentoring and continuing education provided but no formal supervision available, must be independently licensed.

- Referral management
- Scheduling
- Co-pay/deductible collection
Support with treatment planning is available from the multispecialty team.
The ideal candidate will be collaborative, compassionate, conscientious, and comfortable with data-based decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- May include individual and group therapies
- Hybrid remote/in office based on client and team need
- Afternoon shift (3-6pm hybrid), remaining hours are flexible
- Schedule includes 5-10% administrative time (email management, team meetings, continuing education) and 15-25% note-writing time as needed.
- Option to transition to full-time as needed
- Supervision of others
- Offers will be contingent with insurance credentialing compliance. Please have all existing CAQH, insurance plan, and AHCCCS logins ready. We can provide assistance to never-before credentialed employees.
