Physician Assistant – Pain Management

We are a rapidly growing, multi-site pain management practice in Phoenix committed to enhancing patient outcomes through evidence-based care and a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach. We specialize in interventional procedures (e.g., epidurals, nerve blocks, RFA, spinal cord stimulation, kyphoplasty, MILD) and emphasize safe, opioid-sparing treatment strategies.

Location:

Phoenix, Arizona (multiple clinics across the Valley) Position:
Full‑time Physician Assistant (PA‑C) Specialty:
Outpatient Pain Management – primarily interventional and non‑opioid therapies

• Perform comprehensive evaluations: detailed histories, physical exams, and interpretation of diagnostic testing
• Create individualized, multimodal pain management plans including medication, physical therapy, and procedures
• Educate and counsel patients and families regarding pain strategies, lifestyle modifications, and medication expectations
• Coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team including physicians, therapists, psychologists, case managers
• Document thoroughly in electronic medical records and support continuity of care

• Active, unrestricted Physician Assistant License in Arizona
• NCCPA certification (PA‑C) and DEA registration with Schedule II–IV prescribing authority
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Preferred: 1–2+ years experience in pain management, anesthesiology, spine care, or orthopedics

Schedule:

Monday–Friday daytime hours; minimal or no call-Start off as part time/per diem or full time
