We’re looking for a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about reaching individuals who need mental healthcare but lack easy access to it. • Treat patients in your state(s) of licensure
• Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations (PDE) for new patient referrals and Evaluation & Management (E/M) sessions for established patients
• Use the Talkspace platform to conduct video call sessions with patients, submit clinical documentation, and manage patient treatment plans
• Coordinate with the Talkspace psychiatry team as needed

• Easy-to-Use:
  Conduct video call sessions, manage cases, create treatment plans, and submit clinical documentation for each patient

• HIPAA-Compliant:
  Adheres to HIPAA BAA regulations and ethical codes regarding patient confidentiality

• $110 per initial session with a new patient referral (Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examination - 45-60 min)
• $30-$85 per follow-up session with an established patient (Evaluation and Management - 10-49 min)

• Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Arizona state and 2+ years prescribing experience
• Active DEA and individual NPI number
• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application
• Reliable internet connection
• Independent liability insurance; minimum coverage required is $1 million occurrence / $3 million aggregate
