We are seeking Licensed Clinical Psychologists to join our established and accredited team of providers. As a preferred Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Arizona, our mission is to sustain and improve health by providing excellent, patient-centered primary care. The Licensed Clinical Psychologist will work within our primary care clinics as part of an integrated team, delivering brief consultation-based services, including behavioral interventions for psychological, mental, and physical conditions across all ages.

They may also provide traditional counseling to patients aged 12 years and older.

• Provide brief, evidence-based, solution-focused behavioral interventions with active development of behavioral change plans.
• Offer clinical consultation to patients and providers regarding mental, behavioral, emotional, and physical health issues.
• Conduct screening and functional assessments of behavioral health issues.
• Collaborate with medical teams to identify patients who could benefit from behavioral health interventions and deliver these services promptly within the clinic.
• Develop and implement clinical pathways for specific conditions.
• Facilitate groups addressing biopsychosocial issues impacting health.
• Coordinate care and facilitate access to community behavioral health services, ensuring timely feedback to referrers.
• Provide crisis triage and intervention as needed.
• Assist in de-escalating situations with upset patients.
• Maintain consistent attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in Arizona.
• Eligibility for credentialing and contracting with insurers.
• Preferred:
  Training in Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
