Director of Operations @ Creative Therapy Solution, PLLC | People Management

Position Summary: The Creative Therapy Solution Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) position upholds the culture and values of CTS through leadership and direct provision of behavior therapy. This role supports and encourages growth and skill development, assisting in delivering behavioral and treatment goals to children with autism and other co-occurring diagnoses. The position reports directly to the Clinical Director and is accountable for metrics such as client clinical progress, adherence to BACB ethical guidelines, RBT productivity and service quality, person‑centered treatment planning, client dignity and advocacy, and maintaining positive collaborative client relationships.

Position Mission: Lead and manage a team that creates and delivers high‑quality, compassionate, values‑based ABA services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment tools.
  • Develop individualized goals and objectives, design behavior support plans based on assessment data.
  • Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are in place for quantifiable data collection and continual evaluation of behavior plans.
  • Train clinical staff on educational and clinical behavior programs, data collection systems, and monitoring/reporting procedures.
  • Oversee individual programs, conduct weekly supervision meetings with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Meet with the Clinical Director regularly and notify timely of issues impacting client progress and satisfaction.
  • Complete all necessary documentation promptly as requested by the Clinical Director.
  • Maintain billable caseload and document billable hours according to assigned KPIs.
  • Supervisor actions: complete supervision summary notes; develop client goals that align with assessment data and documented reports; review data and monitor client progress weekly; update graphs and target goals within a week of mastery.
  • Behavioral approach to intervention: collect ABC data for problem behaviors, identify functions, specify replacement behaviors.
  • Program updates as needed: add/ remove goals based on data and ongoing assessment.
  • Create appropriate data sheets with significant dimensions, feasible collection types, reliable measures, and initial IOA for validity.
  • Provide parent/guardian guidance: set quantified goals, use Behavioral Skills Training protocols, deliver written feedback notes.
  • Conduct assessments: maintain frequency required by case insurance and update progress reports with current assessment and goal information.
  • Monitor RBT competencies and performance: complete Employee Integrity Checklists, other treatment integrity measures, train employees via BST.
  • Engage in professional development and further training.
  • Maintain professional interactions with co‑workers, focus on objective observations, resolve issues and uphold complaint policies.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral health field required;
    Master’s preferred.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current state license.
  • Must meet BACB supervision credentials and have 5+ years of clinical ABA experience.
  • 2+ years supervising treatment programs for children with autism.
  • Demonstrates CTS values, exceptional professionalism, high‑level self‑management, flexibility, and will‑power.
  • Active fingerprint clearance card and passes background checks.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation; willing to travel to multiple work sites.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, email, and other technology communication tools.

Metrics
  • Hours:

    25 billable work hours.
  • Supervision: ≥5% RBT supervision per RBT weekly, ≥10% per client.
  • Clinical Audit: ≥80% audit score for clients.
Job Type

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8‑6 PM.

Travel

Up to 80% travel required.
