Behavior Analyst; ABA

Behavior Analyst (ABA) – Paradise Valley, Phoenix, AZ 85028. Salary: $84,500 – $107,000 per year.

Soar Autism Center is a community of clinicians dedicated to a new standard in autism therapy. We offer hybrid flexibility, Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) training, and the opportunity to grow into leadership roles.

• Develop and implement personalized ABA therapy for children aged 2‑6.
• Collaborate with speech, occupational therapy, psychology, and other specialists to assess and create treatment plans.
• Apply ESDM‑informed ABA strategies (training provided).
• Manage a caseload of 7‑8 clients.
• Conduct standardized assessments and adjust plans accordingly.
• Maintain positive relationships with families and support them throughout therapy.

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience in ABA early intervention.
• Background in child development or early childhood education preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
