Rehabilitation Specialist

Job SummaryThe Rehabilitation Specialist educates team members on the availability and value of meaningful community activities and facilitates member connection to employment and rehabilitation services. Responsibilities include educating staff, assessing and coordinating services, linking members to supportive resources, and completing timely referrals. The specialist participates in the development of the member Individual Service Plan (ISP) and provides skills‑based supportive services in a community setting.
Education and Experience Required- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to behavioral health or a combination of education, training and experience meeting A.A.C. R9‑10‑101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies for Behavioral Health Technician.
- One year of experience working with the behavioral health population across multiple settings and levels of care, including mental health and substance abuse.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance.
