Job Responsibilities :

As a Senior Speech-Language Pathologist, You Will

• Conduct comprehensive speech therapy assessments.
• Deliver personalized therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each child.
• Provide mentorship, training, and supervision to SLP-CFs, ensuring they receive the guidance needed to thrive. This may include travel to various locations for in-person support and team collaboration.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement effective interventions.
• Lead by example in fostering a supportive, inclusive environment for staff and families.

Required Skills

Required

Skills and Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Current state licensure as an SLP.
• Demonstrated experience in mentorship, supervision, or leadership roles preferred.
• 3+ years of practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
