Join Restore Hyper Wellness as an Esthetician and help clients look and feel their best. With our continued growth and success, we are seeking a licensed Esthetician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

As an Esthetician at Restore, you will be responsible for providing skin‑care consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, skillfully performing facials and body‑work, and introducing clients to our innovative wellness modalities.

• Provide exceptional client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Skillfully perform treatments tailored to each client’s needs and objectives.
• Generate, build, and maintain a client base.
• Educate clients on all treatment processes, including pre‑ and post‑treatment care instructions.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of each client session.
• Suggest and promote retail products and cross‑sell other Restore therapies to enhance esthetic services.
• Assist with store operations, including greeting customers, answering calls, conducting tours, promoting membership packages, using the POS system, and operating wellness equipment.
• Ensure a safe and clean studio environment for members and guests.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the vision, mission, and goals of Restore, modeling its values and culture.

• Active Esthetician license.
• Certified in Cryoskin equipment (preferred).
• Certified in Hydrafacial equipment (preferred).
• Passionate about providing excellent patient care.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently.

• Base pay plus monthly performance‑based bonus potential.
