Job Description
This position is responsible for reviewing applications for various public assistance programs and determining the eligibility of applicants and recipients for public assistance programs through interactive interviewing and fact gathering; verifying that any application forms have been filled out correctly and checking the information on the forms for accuracy.
Tentative start date will be dependent upon interviews conducted, onboarding completed, and the state agency issuing a PO.
Hire Right must be used for Background Checks and Drug Screenings.
Local Only Candidates - Resumes must specify the current location of the candidate, all those who do not state current location will not be considered. AS A REMINDER - Candidates must be local at time of submission, and available for in person interviews within 1 week of the posting close date. Candidates must also be able to start within 2 weeks of an offer being made.
Training will last 7 weeks roughly, all in person. Resources may be transitioned to FTE after this training period.
Skills Required- 2+ Years of Customer Service experience
- Able to work onsite and have reliable transportation
- High School Diploma
- Experience Performing Eligibility Reviews
