• Salary range from $56,098 to $84,000

• Conduct research to identify funding opportunities and prepare grant applications
• Manage and administer awarded grants, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
• Communicate regularly with grantees and grantors regarding project progress
• Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders for pre-award presentations and documentation
• Conduct audits, including site visits and follow-up on corrective action plans

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of government grant management experience
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Effective writing skills and research techniques
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License and ability to pass a criminal background check

• Grants Management certification and training
• Familiarity with grant principles and practices, including federal regulationsli>
• Experience with office tools such as Excel, Access, eCivis, and AZ360
