Overview

Responsibilities
  • Develop tailored financial strategies across investments, credit, liquidity, and planning for existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepare client-ready pitch books, proposals, and meeting materials.
  • Analyze client balance sheets and objectives; build asset allocation and portfolio recommendations aligned to risk/return goals.
  • Support setup and administration of executive trading plans (10b5-1), equity compensation solutions, and offerings for private equity professionals.
  • Conduct research on markets, companies, and client situations to identify opportunities and deepen relationships; review existing relationships to build pipeline.
  • Partner with investment, lending, planning, and banking specialists to deliver integrated advice.
  • Respond to client inquiries and manage follow-up communications and materials.
  • Progressively assume client-facing responsibilities, including direct interaction and presentation of analyses.
Required Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Three plus years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required for position; unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
  • Proven client service success and strong business acumen
  • Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and applies a disciplined and organized approach throughout their business
