Financial Reporting Specialist

We're looking for a Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting to support the preparation and analysis of financial information as part of the company's monthly close and reporting processes. This role is ideal for someone early in their career (1–1.5 years of experience) who wants to continue building a strong foundation in corporate accounting and financial reporting.

The Financial Analyst will work closely with the accounting and finance teams to assist with reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis while gaining exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting processes.

• Assist with account reconciliations as part of the company's monthly close process.
• Support the analysis of monthly financial results and help prepare internal reporting.
• Compile financial information using system tools to support ad hoc analysis and reporting.
• Assist with the preparation of financial data used in monthly internal reporting.
• Work with the accounting team to help identify and resolve basic accounting issues.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process for the corporate office.
• Help maintain documentation and support financial accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist in gathering information needed for internal and external audits.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to help streamline financial reporting and accounting processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• 1–1.5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or financial reporting.
• Experience in corporate accounting required
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
