Accounts Receivable Analyst

• Manage lien and bond processes across an accounts receivable portfolio, including issuing preliminary notices, monitoring deadlines, filing liens, and initiating bond claims to protect company receivables
• Review and evaluate customer credit applications to support risk mitigation and establish appropriate credit limits
• Track and maintain lien rights, notices of intent, and bond claim documentation to ensure compliance with construction lien laws and internal policies
• Analyze accounts receivable and project data using advanced Excel to identify risk exposure and support collections strategy
• Partner with Project Managers and customers to resolve payment issues and ensure proper protection of receivables on active construction projects

• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Working knowledge of lien and bond processes
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)

• Experience with Epicor and working in an automated environment
