The Director, Global Real Estate Strategy & Analytics is a high-impact individual contributor role that plays a critical part in shaping and executing real estate strategy across a global portfolio of approximately 110 facilities, and 17 million square feet. Working closely with Global Real Estate leadership, Finance, and Operations, this role provides strategic, financial, and analytical insight to support portfolio decisions, capital investments, and construction initiatives.
While the role does not currently include direct people management, it requires a strong leadership mindset, executive presence, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, with potential to take on team leadership responsibilities as the organization evolves.
Real Estate Strategy & Portfolio OptimizationSupport the development and execution of global real estate strategies across a portfolio of 110 sites and 17M sq. ft., aligned with business objectives, growth plans, and financial targets.
Analyze portfolio performance, capacity, utilization, and geographic footprint to inform strategic recommendations.
Partner with senior real estate leaders to assess trade-offs across leasing, ownership, expansions, consolidations, and dispositions.
Lead financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development for real estate transactions, construction projects, and capital investments across the global portfolio.
Evaluate ROI, NPV, and total cost of ownership for real estate initiatives, ensuring disciplined capital allocation.
Develop and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and metrics to track portfolio performance, capital spend, and project outcomes across multiple regions.
Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for executive and senior leadership audiences.
Work closely with Finance, Operations, HR, Legal, and external partners to align real estate decisions with broader enterprise priorities.
Prepare high-quality analyses, executive summaries, and presentations to support decision-making at senior levels.
Act as a strategic thought partner to Global Real Estate leadership, bringing a data-driven and financially grounded perspective.
Demonstrate leadership through influence, accountability, and ownership.
Help define scalable analytical frameworks, processes, and standards that support a large, complex global portfolio.
Serve as a mentor or informal leader to peers or junior team members as needed, with potential to assume people leadership in the future.
At least 8 years of experience in corporate real estate, strategy, finance, consulting, or a related discipline.
Strong financial acumen , including hands-on experience with financial modeling, capital analysis, and business case development.
Experience supporting or overseeing construction or capital projects within large, multi-site or industrial portfolios.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently to senior audiences.
Comfortable operating in a matrixed, global environment with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic, enterprise-level thinker with strong financial judgment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Demonstrated ability to apply analytics and data-driven insights to inform strategy and influence senior stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with dashboards, BI tools, or real estate analytics platforms strongly preferred.
