The Finance Analyst is Responsible for the General Ledger and Month-end close and for Financial Statement preparation and reporting. This position reports directly to the Controller. Supports the timely reporting of daily, monthly and annual financial and operational data. The FA will gain broad exposure to financial planning, reporting and operational support, positioning them for future leadership within the finance department.

Ideal candidates will be able to:

• Understanding of standard costing principles and variance analysis
• Ability to perform inventory valuation, reconcile inventory accounts, and analyze inventory movements
• Experience with manufacturing KPIs
• Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP)
• Knowledge of capital expenditure tracking
• Experience preparing financial reports, cost analysis and performance metrics.
• Understanding of internal controls, compliance standards and support for audit processes.

Required:

Minimum of three years’ experience in similar roles preferably including experience in a Plant Operation environment

Preferred:

Previous manufacturing experience in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment is preferred
