We are looking for a Foreclosure Post Sale Processor for our law firm client, responsible for monitoring and processing accounts that are in the foreclosure process.

Your specific duties will include:

• Completes conveyances to FHA/VA once the foreclosure sale is completed.
• Completes disbursements on foreclosure sales that are sold to 3rd party and issues the associated trustee's deeds.
• Completes deed in Lieu paperwork and completes the full transaction.
• Adherence to company and department policies and procedures required.
• Experience with title and foreclosure documents.
• Follows established company guidelines to increase revenue and reduce losses.
• Reviews tasks daily to ensure they are completed within company timelines.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• 1+ year(s) of direct foreclosure or mortgage servicing-related experience.
• Solid work history.
• Must type 60+ words per minute.
• Advanced 10-Key skills.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Word and Excel.
