Job Responsibilities- Reconcile bank accounts across multiple entities and research discrepancies
- Generate and review job cost reports to support reconciliations and labor reclassifications
- Post recurring journal entries, including intercompany transactions and depreciation
- Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting balance sheet schedules for multiple locations
- Adjust inventory based on physical counts and ensure accurate balances
- File sales and payroll tax returns, including quarterly filings and annual wage forms
- Maintain borrowing base schedules and support lender reporting requirements
Monitor Work-In-Progress balances to ensure accurate financial reporting - Process payroll bank uploads, approve ACH transactions, and maintain retirement plan records
- Complete year-end close procedures and assist with audit support
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with in the construction industry – ideally with a sub-contractor or general contractor
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
- Experience with Dynamics GP
