A leading private equity firm in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a VP of Accounting & Finance to own the accounting and financial reporting for a high-growth, multi-entity power platform focused on renewables. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, a Bachelor's degree, and expertise in US GAAP. This role involves building and leading the accounting function and requires strong renewable energy experience.

Big 4 and CPA preferred. This position is on-site, with an opportunity for relocation.
