• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Step in as Interim Controller, VP of Finance, or CFO
• Drive financial reporting accuracy and improve internal controls
• Build forecasting models and lead budgeting processes
• Oversee audit preparation and technical accounting initiatives
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and KPI reporting
• Lead teams through change, transition, or rapid growth

• 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
• Strong technical accounting knowledge (GAAP required)
• Experience in controllership, FP&A, or financial leadership roles
• Ability to quickly assess, prioritize, and execute
• Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, MBA) highly valued

• Former Controllers or CFOs who enjoy hands-on execution
