• Financial Governance & Reporting
  • Full-Cycle Accounting:
    Lead the monthly and annual closing processes, including the preparation of journal entries and comprehensive general ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
  • Financial Statement Preparation:
    Produce accurate monthly and annual Financial Statements, ensuring complete transparency into the company’s fiscal health.
  • Audit & Tax Compliance:
    Direct the preparation of work papers for annual audited Financial Statements and coordinate with external partners for Tax Return filings.
  • Regulatory Filings:
    Ensure total compliance with all monthly, quarterly, and annual government filing and reporting requirements.
• Operational Analysis & Fiscal Control
  • Construction Financial Management:
    Prepare and analyze monthly detailed Work in Progress (WIP) reports and conduct rigorous job costing analysis throughout the month to protect project margins.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
    Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of annual budgets and develop sophisticated revenue and expense forecasts to guide executive decision-making.
  • Internal Controls:
    Maintain a strong technical accounting environment (GAAP), demonstrating practical applications to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
  • Process Innovation:
    Act as a driver of change by identifying and implementing process improvements that increase operational efficiency within the accounting function.
• Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Team Supervision:
    Provide direct leadership and mentorship to the Accounting Staff, fostering a culture of professional development and accountability.
  • Business Partnership:
    Serve as a collaborative financial advisor to cross-functional business units, translating complex financial data into actionable operational insights.
  • Strategic Problem Solving:
    Apply innovative and creative problem-solving skills to address financial challenges and support the company’s growth targets.
