* 3+ years of mortgage closing experience*, thrive in a

What You'll Do As a
* Level 2 Mortgage Closer / Mortgage Closing Specialist*, you will:

* Close
* 8-10 loans per day
* * Review, scrub, and validate loan files

* Ensure taxes and insurance documentation are accurate

* Initiate third-party orders (title, appraisal, flood cert, credit, etc.)

* Support refinance and purchase loans

* Monitor pipelines and manage work queues with urgency

* Perform routine data entry and validation

* Communicate internally via email, chat, and phone (no direct borrower interaction)

Comfortable in a high-volume production environment

Required Qualifications

* * Mortgage Closing Experience - Level 2
* * High School Diploma

* Encompass proficiency

* Strong understanding of mortgage loan documentation

* Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

* Solid math and analytical ability

* Knowledge of federal/state mortgage regulations (a plus)

* Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft, Google Suite)

* loan Depot

* Valon Mortgage
(Closer, Mortgage Closer, Mortgage Loan Closer titles strongly preferred.)

Work Environment

* Office-based position

* 2-3 weeks in-office training (8:00-5:00 or 7:00-4:30 schedule)

* Post-training schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
