Key Responsibilities Conduct quality control examinations of loan reviews and provide real-time feedback to analysts Ensure regulatory compliance and identify trends in errors, escalating issues as necessary Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and training to staff on underwriting and compliance matters
Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in mortgage underwriting and quality control Strong understanding of underwriting guidelines, regulatory compliance, and TRID practices
Experience with condition clearing processes and credit rating agency requirements Bachelor's degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage due diligence software is preferred
