We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we are looking for a Mortgage Admin Temp for our credit union client. Ranked Top 10 Best Places to Work in financial services in AZ for 2025 by AZBIGMEDIA.

The Mortgage Admin is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

• Supporting real estate (mortgage) lending operations.
• Verifying borrower income and financial information.
• Collecting and organizing required loan documentation.
• Utilizing the Encompass loan origination system.
• Communicating with borrowers via email and phone.
• Managing responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Minimum of 1+ year in real estate (mortgage) lending.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Teams and Outlook, as well as Encompass.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Knowledge of and compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programs, USA PATRIOT Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.

Pay Rate Range: $26-27 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
