Expected starting base salary of $160,000 to $200,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies to drive company growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support business objectives.
- Implement strong cost control measures, analyze manufacturing costs, and improve margins through financial efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to ensure operational stability and investment readiness.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and industry-specific reporting requirements.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Possess 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial coatings, or a related industry.
- Demonstrate expertise in cash flow management, financial risk assessment, and capital allocation.
- Have strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems.
- Show proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Identify and evaluate expansion opportunities, capital investments, and M&A prospects to drive business scalability.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess financial risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with overall business goals.
- Maintain a proactive approach to process improvement, operational efficiency, and financial reporting accuracy.
