Home Loan Processing Specialist

Join our team as a Home Loan Processing Specialist and help keep mortgage files moving smoothly with accuracy and speed.

• Perform data entry and validation
• Initiate third‑party orders (title, appraisal, credit, flood, etc.)
• Review and verify loan documents
• Handle routine calls, emails, and chats
• Monitor queues and jump in as needed

• High School Diploma
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• First mortgage experience required
• Knowledge of loan processing/underwriting basics
• Understanding of Federal, State & Local regulations
• Encompass experience a plus
• Strong typing, organizational & analytical skills

Intermediate

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
