Job Description

The Escrow Support Processor provides centralized clerical and operational support for all documentation related to the initiation and closing of residential escrow transactions. This role helps relieve escrow branches of high-volume paperwork by ensuring documents are accurately prepared, reviewed, and processed in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.

The position involves close communication with escrow branch teams to relay information and instructions; however, there is no direct communication with customers. The work is similar to associate-level escrow processing, with tasks that may become more complex as experience and knowledge increase. Responsibilities may include supporting both escrow openings and closings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process, review, and maintain escrow documents for residential transactions
  • Support escrow openings and closings with accurate and timely document handling
  • Ensure compliance with escrow procedures and applicable regulations
  • Communicate effectively with escrow branches to provide updates and instructions
  • Manage high volumes of paperwork while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Adapt to fluctuating workloads and deadlines, especially during peak periods
Required

  • Ability to follow established escrow procedures
  • Awareness of regulations governing the escrow process (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of escrow processing experience
