Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Scottsdale, AZ for an Acquisitions Associate. The role involves generating investment opportunities, preparing investment related presentation materials, and collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure transaction success.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities
  • Proficiency in analytical skills and attention to detail, especially in conducting market research and financial modeling
  • Some level of experience with performing due diligence
  • General knowledge of real estate finance, balance sheet construction, investment fundamentals, and market trends
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with investors, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Abilities and experience with organizing systemic outreach to brokers and owners of commercial real estate
  • Bachelor’s degree; relevant training in finance and/or real estate is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and has had exposure to ARGUS real estate analysis software
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Three to five minimum years of experience in the commercial real estate industry
