Our membership-fee-driven approach to financial planning delivers in a scalable and consistent way to our clients. This means that because our clients pay an onboarding fee followed by a monthly membership fee, we can focus solely on our clients' financial wellness and financial outcomes.
As a dynamic startup, we are always growing, and anyone hired to work here will be able to offer their unique ideas and perspectives that will help to build our business model. Your opinions will matter. Your decisions will help us create the culture. You will be valued as a member of our team.

Qualifications:- Must have CFP®
- Experience working in a start-up environment is highly desired, hopefully wearing multiple hats.
- Desire to grow a career at My Financial Coach with the ability to scale income based on planning load
- Bi-lingual in other languages
- Experience growing client relationships
- Base salary with the opportunity to scale income based on client-book size, and the ability to participate in a company bonus
- Earn equity in an early-stage start-up based on customer service metrics.
