Loan Document Specialist

Overview

The Home Loan Specialist is an entry-level role supporting multiple business channels within the mortgage organization. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient loan processing activities while delivering high-quality service to internal partners and customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build a career in the mortgage and financial services industry.

• Perform routine data entry and data validation tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Initiate and track third-party orders, including title, appraisal, hazard insurance, flood certifications, and credit reports
• Review and validate loan documentation to ensure completeness and compliance
• Respond to routine inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and/or chat
• Monitor assigned work queues and escalate or intervene as necessary to meet service level expectations
• Support additional operational tasks as assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's culture, values, and customer-first mindset

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

• Mortgage industry or mortgage operations knowledge
• Banking or financial services experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a fully onsite position in Phoenix, AZ.
