Overview
The Home Loan Specialist is an entry-level role supporting multiple business channels within the mortgage organization. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient loan processing activities while delivering high-quality service to internal partners and customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build a career in the mortgage and financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine data entry and data validation tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Initiate and track third-party orders, including title, appraisal, hazard insurance, flood certifications, and credit reports
- Review and validate loan documentation to ensure completeness and compliance
- Respond to routine inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and/or chat
- Monitor assigned work queues and escalate or intervene as necessary to meet service level expectations
- Support additional operational tasks as assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's culture, values, and customer-first mindset
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Mortgage industry or mortgage operations knowledge

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
