Join our Revenue Management Team as a Collections Specialist located in our Phoenix office (Hybrid)
Responsibilities- The Collections Specialist is responsible for the accurate and efficient preparation of invoices for various Billing Attorneys.
- This position will interact with all levels of attorneys, clients and staff to effectively drive the collection process.
- The candidate will assist with collections, AR analysis, ebill invoice rejections, invoice resubmissions, Credit/Retainers refunds, client calls as needed.
- Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.
