As a Cash Applications Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the cash application process and ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze complex cash application transactions, resolve issues, and provide guidance to the cash application team.
You will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the cash application process, contributing to improved cash flow and customer satisfaction through timely resolution of payment issues.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Analyze cash application transactions and resolve issues
- Provide support and guidance to the cash application team
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and implement cash application policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze cash application performance and provide recommendations for improvement

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounting and or Finance
- Word & Excel intermediate to advanced level
- Advanced English Level
- Strong knowledge of cash application principles, practices, and tools
- Experience in analyzing cash application transactions and resolving issues

- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or general business major preferred
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
