Financial Analyst​/Accountant

• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance against budget and forecast
• Prepare and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Support month‑end close by partnering with accounting to validate accruals, revenue recognition, and expense classifications
• Develop dashboards and executive‑ready financial reports
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve financial processes, data accuracy, and reporting cadence

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3‑5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), including accruals and revenue recognition
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas)
• Ability to clearly communicate financial insights to non‑finance stakeholders

• Experience in professional services, consulting, or technology organizations
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., Net Suite, Quick Books, Sage, etc.)
• Experience with BI tools or dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• CPA, CMA, or progress toward certification is a plus
• Exposure to budgeting in multi‑client or project‑based environments
