• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges
• Develop customized solutions to address clients' financial and operational goals
• Provide strategic advice on business expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and other growth opportunities
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information

• Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage cash flow, investments, and financial reporting
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations

• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Prepare, review, and file tax returns, including but not limited to corporate, individual, and partnership returns
• Provide guidance on tax planning and optimization strategies for clients

• Participate in and grow to lead team meetings while actively engaging in decision-making processes
• Coach junior team members in an ongoing basis to ensure the long-term growth and success of individuals and the company
• Work closely alongside the company Principal to fully understand the company’s vision, direction, and culture
• Engage in professional development regularly while staying abreast of industry trends and regulations

• Must possess excellent communication skills and exchange information with others accurately
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Exceptional organization in managing time with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail, and meet strict deadlines while working independently or with a team
• Apply critical thinking skills to solve complex problems while supporting the growth of a team

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or Enrolled Agent (EA), required
• Bachelor's degree in related field, required
• Public accounting experience, required
• Private accounting experience, preferred
• Financial management, tax planning, compliance, TPT, and payroll tax experience, required
• Experience with leading and motivating teams, required
• Demonstrated track record of driving business growth, required
• Experience in succession planning and leadership development, preferred
• Proficient in Quick Books Desktop and Online, MS Office Suite, required
• Proficient in Lacerte, preferred
